April's Wind

Image
April's wind ... listen the music When April’s wind does quietly kiss the rose  My forgotten days stir my thought’s hue  Awhile making them shine like sapphire in shows All obscure knots unravel and break through. In your sweetest shadow, I meet a new glare, You inherit all of that crescent's fair traits, And for me, you are temperate sweet and fair; This orbit of my weary brain, always feels   My goodness, witty fairy of the merry lane You are dancing without a care or stain  Forgive me, it's vain if you can't feel one's pain  All mists and smog got gathered to invade My pondside where my skylark is dismayed When April’s wind does quietly kiss the rose My bosom turns to you and sweet repose  ©poet Affaq

in A Yonder Village

Image
Let us go far, where dreamed village hoard. Where none knows us, nor has ever seen, You’ll raise your tale in song of deep ardor, And I shall sing, though young, my heart be lean. Ha!, in a yonder village by the vernal shore, Let hearts break free, in soft murmurs, we stray, Amidst clouds, where none shall know our lore, Our secrets like the mists shall drift away. Flee from the customs of this weary earth, Which bind us close to drink of mortal wine, And make us shun the place of heavenly worth, Even though we’re pressed our spirits would repine. Come, let us flee to yonder dreamed abode, To purge our hearts, and share our love's loyal bond. © Poet Affaq
