Mother Nature / Baby Tears A tender flower, chilled by the winter's bite, Whose mother, heaven claimed, in tender years. Lost warm care, a childhood dimmed by night, Mother nature responded to baby's tears. A shepherdess, far from the learning's light, The breezes of Dawn, her silent tutor, proved. The rustling leaves sang with the melody of night, A language felt, a knowledge deeply loved. Her young heart grew in Nature's love and dew. An angel, unloved, in tranquil love hummed. Her art attuned to bird, breeze, and their hue Nature took its course, and she was stunned.
