Your cold heart conjoins to Elysium's truth, And its relish is more than a strong liquor. Mightier than your own vernal youth, A river-like move inside center, a mystic vigor. Unaffected by all external shame or horror, It purifies your every fiber, like the early dew. Bathing the sunflower's face and adoring her, Fling your arms in this flame, no more rue. Reframe your charms with these healing oils. On a summer's day, as the setting sun sank deep, The grassy earth beneath the heavens lay, While zephyrs stirred the fields, as if to sweep The ripened grain, amidst summer birds did play. The stream, a gleaming mirror, ran by meadows, Its musical waters shining clear with pebbles, I beheld myself in a village of the blushing rose, Gazed upon the scene, wherein joy forever dwells. Behold, as dusk stretched her silver veil, Between terra and skies, the zephyrs grew still, Love whispered softly in the willowed dale, Two hearts beat as one, with a shared will.
