WOMEN I hold.. The history of us In the shadows of all.. We are one In the years of struggle No one knows our depth But us We multi task We cry unseen tears We laugh at ourselves We love beyond reason As our byways become A challenge We gather strengths In the gentle sea breeze We are Mothers Regardless of what we choose.. Be it a child, pet, garden.. We carry a gene..
