Tulip Baby

TULIP BABY

Praise to him who grants you the painted beauty,

Winds and venues leap up with sweetness.

Salute to your petals! Ah, dear Tulip-baby!

My heart did swell through your shimmering greens.

Someone, an alien, just passed by your eden

Wearied for many days, sojourned for a while.

Your shady scenes have become more florian.

Thus I fear your beauty might beguile me.

Earth is feeling more fine through your perfumes,

What a worthy festival of colours held by foothills.

I am quite eager to choose here, a joyful bride.

Nature has bestowed on you the beamy dyes,

Your nude beauty is bewitching my eyes.

The stars in the sky, spending all their lights,

And draws nigh, the night with all delights.

Nothing is so fragrant as the glory of a flower,

Mine wishful eyes do love to see you hour after hour.
