A doctor from the land of Elim trees

Image
A doctor from the landscape of Elim trees   People say, all caps he wore were flat shape, The little chamber he hold was on a lease, From the leafs of elim he found many remedies, And bestowed to locals free of cost, with water, Of sea of Lot, his art glowed, by day by night,  And taught his art of healing to his gifted daughter, She was in relationship with a brave knight, And was in charge of his block  of nyctalopia, In backyard of his kitchen he growed birch, Plants, along side of elim, and was sending to Sofia, For testing, in his last trip to Norge he lost his breath in a remote  Beach and the fishermen who walked upon the beach  Stoled his ring, that was a key to his magic of healing...... ©Affaq Naibe

Ah, night so bright you stayed with the poet

Image
Ah night so bright you stayed with the poet For she this rhyme is penned, her green eyes  Shine as bright as like this luna of the night. Shall find her sweet name; between these lines,  Stay the night! let my rhyme damn tonight-- These shrines, led to astray femme like her,  Telling them extreme lies, far beyond the realties. All things are invented; underwear they sell liquor. Check air in your tire,  Babe! they play the bloody deeds. With unwise femmes; walking throu muddy fields,  Terrified and thirsty as like the honey bees.  One string's another into the jeleausy's fire  Poppy needs clean water; that such fields--- Can't release, Irony is; the young Babe!  Has zealous desire, and making a moan With her Mum! to let her visit such feasts,  Ah! night, so bright you stayed with the Poet,  And this rhyme, revealed damned trators  furious fire--- ©Affaq Naibe

A bird of summer pool

Image
When the month is summer and wind is cool,  Why ought not the senses amuse?  A vagrant fowl of summer pool,  Beating wings for bed enthuse,    Nearby a juvenile on her window pane,  Sings a boredom song,  The light in darkness fell,  The night grew longer with the rain,  What trees,  What roof tops shall take his dwell, along Stars illumin depart from the royal bethel,  Young jasmine too asleep in her bouquet,  Night crock is nervous, and hungry like lobo,  Will break into someone's sweet home,  A vagrant fowl, beating wings fell,    On land and sad himself  Tender sweet juvenile felt his breast pain,  "O! you red star" I myself've a regret and grief,  In kingdom of birds blessed you are" She opened her window and light came swift  That point him his way upright to her bed,    And pearly eyed fowl of summer pool so sad,  Rendered thanks to her and felt glad. ©Af...

A paradise lost

Image
A paradise lost He sat on the overturned rock Alone but not lonely longing for the past Longing for what's lost For he can't keep pace with the present His old heart yearning for the days When the valley below was lively Missing the singing and whistling As  men and boys herded their flocks He longed for the times  When friendships were true When handshakes were warm And sharing was the norm The streams are now dry All trees and bushes cleared In their place a concrete jungle The singing replaced by deafening noises No more streams  Where clear waters flowed Only streets flowing  With motorists and pedestrians A high population of lonely humans Always hurrying to destinations unknown Some living for the next meal Others for the next deal All busy making a living As life passes by               © Felister Mboya

A baby in the night

Image
A Baby In The Night- - - ,  Sleep my cute Babe sleep:  the night is relieving still and smooth. I shall bring for you a posy,  from the olive fields of youth. Over hill tops of the marine seas,  from shades of the elm trees. I shall bring for you the merry dreams,  girlish lovely, comely like the moony beams. Sleep! my silver baby, your star gleams like a blossom on stem,  Like a pigeon, in his nest. like a quail, in her cactus beach.  I will bring for you the plums tomorrow,  luscious sweet, and some for your brother. Cover up your laughing eyes,  It's the summers weather,  Moon is shimmery, looks like newly wed,  May! sweet smiles of night soar over your head. The lovely night pass away and blue fox,  also fell to asleep beneath the brook.   Like the jasmine, in her banquet,  like the blue moth in lavenders twig. Only poor Stars!  are yet labouring over night,  Into...
