Tears in the vase

The day of wedlock along the merry came,
As you shift house keys in your mother’s hand.
Atmosphere that was funny turned very calm;
A halt came on the notes of the music band.
Tears pause, linger in your eyes, a heartfelt pain
“It happens as the emotions takes hold of the love”
How long will they stay and refuse to wane?
Will time’s embrace restore what grief had shoved.
During wipes and kisses, rang the bell nearby;
You held your tears with patience, a sight to see,
Your mother have nourished you with a high
Care as Luna cares the flower in the dewy summer,
At length, tears streamed down your face
You spoke “they’re my vernal tears, I kept in vase”
