Passion's story

Image
Strange is this passion's story; how did it begin?  And where it broke up, and so could someone Narrate to me about these all-colourful Chandeliers, could someone reveal to me  This gala affair? could someone someone  Speak up to me, something about this festival Of hankering, even I don't know and even  You don't know; I saw a cloud of  smoke blowing From a candle, then a shortened delight shook Up, this dream that I'm seeing since I clung  To the dreams, remain a dream. rejoice as  You emerge in someone's ardor,  being so close  To me; you have gone too far, and bewitched Someone's love, though you would set up  A new pleasure’s universe, mine cheers  To you, but whenever this melancholic  Night will take a rebound, you may summon  Me in your fancy, then those  forgotten days  Might again ignite, and you know, the passion plays. ©Affaq Naibe . .

A day of tremendous leaps

Image
And I have to rise after a long slumber,  On that day, from an airtight resting place. “It will be a day of tremendous leaps" May I get time to wipe mine drenched face?  The unicorns must be following the drummer. My verdict might come in scourge or restful sleep; With this trepidation hovering over head, I collapse. The paths are narrowed, but I have to pass By a razor-thin bridge, between care and curb. I do hear in my ear a sonic, even my journey Was a severe ascetic; only an error affair  Occurred in love’s celebration, quite early. On that encompassing day, who would  Like to hearken to my unease? laying under  My tender lips, dear my lord,  we’ve weakened  Our ties toward you, tenderest, like you, none is  So majestic, dynamic in and out , severe-mild. Clear eyed, Eden's delight, upon you I’ve sheer pride. © Affaq Naibe

Wherever you live, dwell well

Image
The steps of mine, the glimpse of mine, they lay In your way, wherever you live, dwell well. You may celebrate the spring's sunshine,  I do see your star in the skies elsewhere. Lurking like you are somewhere In me, It's like pollen in a flower, through  your breath is  My reverence, what lies except your eyes? In this universe, apart from you no one is here To stand firm with me, I hear your  moans  And it shines from a thousand miles, When you lay with laments when you lay With smiles, out of time, out of place---- The steps of mine the glimpse of mine, they lay In your way, wherever you live, dwell well. Awake my friend, awake now it's too late

Image
Yesterday, in the purple evening,   I was quietly  Seated on my veranda to write you a short letter, Then a caravan of deceptive feelings came in, And my soul started floating, every thought  Was obeying, cute and lovely, the starry night  Passed away in your affection, in the twilight The morning star appear on clean sky, Canary Started singing chorus of the dawn "awake  My friend, it is too late, now awake it's not thy Child age, but a heavy load is upon thy head Thou are surrounded with numerous Concerns of life, leaving ye alone, the golden Days are gone far and away from thy pensive  Eyes, today only their shadows remain so far" © Affaq Naibe

Time you are free

Image
Time you are free  The happiest aura may come again, with  Flashed wings, my longing's are  affiliated To your eternal soul, I have some genetic  Concerns with you, thus humiliate not us.  Lies never go straight along with the times,   Craving is such a thing, until its relished   The heart becomes restless sometimes, It's a tender item, can brust, so declare it. When I do review, my hushed past prime,  It echoes back the burden of my buried past. Time you're free, I blame not you for my unrest, I used all the scent that was in the bouquet of mine; I have taken my oath on your sweet hand, I may rejoice, hence take your stable stand. © Affaq Naibe   Source: (Pearly dews of morning)

Cool frosty morning

Image
COOL My thoughts flows in the Cool frosty Morning Just the crunch of my Steps break the Silence Its as if I've stepped in Between the pages not Read Of a magical book of Mother Nature's Hideaways The water falls, slows Its flow in nature's Caress So softly slipping into The cold waters Reach A gentle breeze touching The trees ring out in  Tinkling Sparkling like a falling Star searching its Destination A winter wonderland Where the lonely  Capture The depth of their Solitude in Nature's Unity (C)Janice Fisher Rights reserved with Author  (Sonnetsofnightingale)

My mother told me "Always speak the truth"

Image
My mother told me: “always speak the truth” As a little boy, I joined a caravan of camels To devote my bloom of youth to travel. While our flock was halfway to Basra; A band of raiders halted the caravan herd, Nearer an oasis known as the shazdeh. They didn't grant the merchant's request to carry on, And there was rough, tumble and crosstalk. Later on, some snatchers turn towards me, I said: "I have got a hundred dinars in my wallet" But they didn't repress me, they  merely said, "Why did you speak the truth?  wow, I said With my trembling lips, ''my mother  Taught me to always speak the truth." Then the raptors fell to their knees some ran,  Some wept, and some followed me, and I said: "O, make a league with the Lord, please" They replied, "let's walk to the shade  Of the palm trees where the light resides" ©Affaq Naibe

In sadness I sang

Image
Sometimes in the  moroseness of love               I wandered quite far and with regrets I sang.               Sometimes I slept on shore of springs,                 And doom myself for your love's and thirst.                Sometimes on the heroic brooks I hung upon,                 To meet my fondness and preference.               Sometimes on my hut cottage I laid my head,                And counted the...

Alondra, alondra, O sweet alondra

Image
Alondra, alondra, O sweet alondra of dawn, Look at, pearly dew on the castle walls. And snowy hills lull the silence in their arms, And first light shakes the sky-blue lakes. And the valley doves leap in the willow shades. Alondra, alondra, O sweet alondra fly high side by  Spring winds, rain clouds and yellow haze; Go on flying in range of vision, sing hymns. Forward to Kind Angels our echo songs  Our hamlet's are ruined, see with your eyes. The unknown dangers, the yellow sun roars; Our time has arrived, we become cowards. Alondra, alondra, O sweet alondra,  How fast flying you are, over the bridges  Of ezman in soft lighting, O airman  Of the heaven, wondrous they are in hundreds, I heard the verse says: "where none realms,  There the angels play the muffled drums. Some lay in prayers on the coloured rugs,  And where the trouble never comes.  Alondra, alondra O sweet alondra  fly fly, high Side by merry winds and bring do...

Boutique of loveliness

Image
With whom shall I present this  bouquet of loveliness? To whom shall I present these leafy longings?  May someone come to me in the form of a friend? With whom shall I render this souvenir of songs? My lyrics, you alone tell me with whom shall I share, these puzzles and riddles concealed in my  Consciousness, may someone attend my journey? With whom shall I share this hugger-mugger Laying below my tender lips,  with whom shall  I render these burning feelings, emotions, and Aspirations, may someone sign my plea? May someone enter mine heart for a moment? I address it quite meekly, and it's mine psyche, There is no haste, therefore decide wisely. ---- Affaq Naibe   © 2012

On wings of memories

Image
WINGS On wings of Memories ... As gentle as a Butterflies Flight... Floating in a misty Fragrance... A feathery touch Opens minds Flow ... Sunshine tears of Smiles... Reminiscence where Rainbows caressed the Sky... Soul depth... Clicking backwards In windows View ... Like footprints... Erased by the sands Of time Renewed... A flight... So Gentle On The Mind ( like the song) (C) Janice Fisher  Photo Credit (c) Dragon Fire Fotos Janice Fisher
